Next Level Coaching Inc agrees to:
a. Provide coaching about relevant factors that are affecting: your personal and/or business financials; income or business ideas and/or concepts for business development; proper business structuring including systems, staffing, financing and marketing; wealth development mindset and structure; and any other related information and relevant factors discussed in coaching sessions.
b. Conduct live coaching sessions during normal business hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (C.S.T) Monday – Friday.
c. Keep your information and/or proprietary ideas confidential. No information will be shared with a third party without permission. Occasional promotional information may be received only from our family of companies.
d. Detail recommended approaches to improve your ability to succeed. Our guidance in any of the needed coaching areas are recommendations only and may include referrals to other professionals or another company in our network at your request. We are not responsible for any services rendered by another company.
By clicking the checkbox at time of payment, you agree to the following:
-You understand that the fee as published on the website (coachtocash.com) is the monthly cost of your program and is not to exceed the stated program duration, unless renewed. Coaching programs do not include any done-for-you services and may be requested at a separate cost.
- No personalized consulting is provided unless additional 1:1 services are purchased. If applicable, you are giving our company permission to review any necessary documents for the purposes of such consulting. Please note the Disclaimer below.
- You understand that everyone’s success depends on many factors, including their dedication, desire and motivation. By purchasing service, you acknowledge that (as with any business endeavor) there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you will earn money, save money or increase credit scores because of your participation in this program.
- You understand it is your responsibility to attend any monthly coaching or Q&A sessions, view all video content and complete all exercises if you intend to get the full value from the program.

CONFIDENTIALITY. We respect your privacy and insist that this is mutual. By signing below, you agree not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of any group participant. We respect your confidential and proprietary information ideas, plans and trade secrets (collectively. "Confidential Information”) and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow program participants and of the Company.
You agree (I) not to infringe any participant's or the Company' s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, (2) that any Confidential Information shared by other participant, or any representative of the Company is confidential and proprietary; and belongs solely and exclusively to the participant who discloses it or the Company. By signing below, you further agree that (4) all materials and information provided to you by the Company are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property, belong solely and exclusively to the Company, and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company, and (5) the reproduction, distribution, and sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited. Further, by signing below, you agree that, if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph, the Company and/or the other Course participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violation.
AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT. Upon the Company's acceptance of your participation and your acceptance of the program fee and terms, you will adhere to the monthly payment schedule for access to the program and your live sessions. You may choose to discontinue the program with no penalty however no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
